Terraliving
The founder in a sunlit Queensland kitchen

The story

Made on the Sunshine Coast.

Notes from the founder.

I grew up moving between Colombia and Australia, between a grandmother who kept an entire apothecary in her kitchen and a school system that treated the body like a machine requiring the right fuel inputs. Both traditions were trying to say the same thing. The body knows how to regulate itself — it just needs the right environment.

The four tools came out of four separate years of reading and running quiet experiments on myself. The tea started because a herbalist friend blended something for a period of overwork — eight plants, nothing exotic, just plants that traditional use has long associated with blood flow to the brain. I drank it for three weeks and noticed I could sit with a problem for longer before reaching for distraction. The chocolate came after a focused experiment: could you design a square of dark cacao that tasted like a reward but worked like a tool? Lion's mane from an Australian grower, L-theanine, 85% single-origin cacao, mineral salt. One square over the tongue for thirty seconds. It took months to get the balance right.

The earthsheet arrived after a full year of disrupted sleep. I had read the grounding research — the idea that direct contact with the earth's electron field may support nervous-system regulation — and I found myself sleeping in the garden on warm nights and waking up feeling more rested than I had in months. I wanted that effect available in a bed, every night, in a product that was actually built with care. We found an Australian textile mill willing to weave organic cotton with a silver-fibre conductive grid to spec. The broccoli sprout powder was last — a quiet practice that began after reading the sulforaphane research, the long-arc data on NRF2 and oxidative stress. Half a teaspoon a day stirred into water. Not dramatic. Cumulative.

Terraliving is not a wellness brand in the conventional sense. There are no claims here that these tools cure anything. They are inputs — traditional plants, food-grade powders, a sheet that keeps you connected to the planet beneath your floor — that support the body's own capacity to regulate. The nervous system does the work. We just try to give it what it needs, in a form that fits into an actual day. Made in small batches, on the Sunshine Coast, with no rush and no shortcuts.

Earthsheet & sprouts

Earthsheet woven in partnership with an Australian textile mill — 100% organic cotton with silver-fibre conductive grid. Broccoli sprouts grown and sprouted to peak sulforaphane in Queensland, then dehydrated low-temperature and milled.

Traditional + tested.

We work with herbalists who can name every plant on sight, and we read the peer-reviewed research. The ritual matters more than the marketing.

Made in Australia.

Packaged in Queensland. The earthsheet is woven in Australia. The cacao and herbs are sourced where they grow best, then finished in our workshop.

Small batch, no rush.

Every order ships within five business days. If a product runs out, we'd rather pause than cut corners. Patience is part of the system.

"We won't tell you these tools cure anything. They support the body's own work — traditional plants, food-grade powders, a sheet that connects you to the planet beneath your floor. The nervous system does the rest."
